Managing Existing Companies
After creating companies, you can manage them from the main Company tab in the Manage section.
Company list overview
The company list displays all your registered companies in a table format with the following columns:
Name
- Shows the company’s official name.
- Primary identifier for searching and reference.
Kind
- Displays the company type with a colored badge.
- Shows Line/Forwarder for shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Shows Trader for cargo trading companies.
- Badge formatting helps quickly identify the company’s role in your operations.
Economic/Tax ID
- Displays the tax identification number.
- Used for invoicing and compliance verification.
Phone number / Email
- Shows both contact methods in a single column.
- Format:
- Top line: phone number.
- Bottom line: email address.
- Provides quick access to primary contact information.
Remark
- Displays any notes or comments about the company.
- Shows internal reference information or abbreviations.
Action column
- Edit icon (pencil) – Modify company details.
- Delete icon (trash) – Remove the company from the system.
Editing a company
- Locate the company in the list by name or other identifiers.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Action column.
- The company form will open with all existing information populated.
- Make your desired changes to any field, such as:
- Update contact information (phone, email, address).
- Change company type classification.
- Modify identification numbers if corrected.
- Update contact person assignment.
- Add or edit remarks.
- Click See the preview to review changes.
- Click Save to update the company information.
Note
Be careful when editing identification numbers (Tax ID, National ID) as these affect invoicing and legal documentation. Verify changes are accurate and authorized.
Deleting a company
- Locate the company in the list.
- Click the delete icon (trash) in the Action column.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
