Use these practices to keep documentation organised and flowing smoothly.

Document organisation

  • Use clear, descriptive file names when uploading.
  • Upload documents promptly when received to maintain a complete record.
  • Verify document accuracy before sending to avoid delays and corrections.

Using templates effectively

  • Use templates from Document Templates Management for standard documents.
  • Select the appropriate template based on document type and destination requirements.
  • Ensure template content is current and compliant with regulations.

Timely communication

  • Send documents as soon as they are available.
  • Follow up on documents that require customer or agent action.
  • Keep a clear history of document exchanges in the Documentation tab.

Moving to the next stage

Once all required documents have been exchanged and verified:

  • For Export bookings – Drag the card to the Invoice column.
  • For Import bookings – Drag the card to the Delivery Order column to proceed with cargo release.
