Sending Documents

Use the Documentation tab to send and receive documents for a booking.

Opening the send dialog

  1. Open the booking and go to the Documentation tab.
  2. Click the + Send new documents button in the top right corner, or click the + Send new document link in the empty state.

The Send new documents dialog will appear.

Option 1: Upload a file

The upload area shows a cloud upload icon with the text “Drag and drop files here” and supported formats.

  • Drag and drop files into the upload area, or
  • Click Browse file to select files from your computer.

Supported formats

  • PDF (recommended for official documents).
  • Doc/Docx (Word documents).
  • Image files (JPG, PNG, etc.).

Option 2: Select a template

Below the upload area (separated by “OR”) is the template selection option.

  • Select template – Choose a document template from the dropdown.
  • Templates come from Document Templates Management (Manage → Document Templates).
  • Use templates for standard documents that should follow a consistent layout.

Completing the send

  1. After uploading a file or selecting a template, click Next.
  2. Complete any additional steps such as adding notes or selecting recipients.
  3. Submit to send the document.
