Managing Existing Free Time Policies
After creating free time policies, you can manage them from the main Free Time tab in the Manage section.
Free time list overview
The free time list displays all your created policies in a table format with the following columns:
Name and size
- Shows the policy name (e.g.,
F10 Export). - Lists applicable container sizes below (20’, 40’).
- Groups the same policy name together for different containers.
Columns of each interval
- Displays pricing for each interval.
- Shows separate values for 20’ and 40’ containers.
Action column
- Edit icon (pencil) – Modify free time policy details.
- Delete icon (trash) – Delete the selected free time policy.
Editing a free time policy
- Locate the free time policy in the list.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Action column.
- The free time form will open with all existing information populated.
- Make your desired changes to:
- Policy name.
- Any interval start/end days.
- Any pricing values for 20’ or 40’ containers.
- Click See the preview to review changes.
- Click Save to update the free time policy.
Note
Changes to free time policies may affect rates and quotes in progress. Coordinate updates with your operations team.
