Managing Existing Individuals
After creating individuals, you can manage them from the main Individual tab in the Manage section.
Individual list overview
The individual list displays all your registered contacts in a table format with the following columns:
Full name
- Shows the person’s complete name.
- Primary identifier for searching and reference.
Phone number
- Displays the contact phone number.
- Provides quick access to call or message the person.
- Shows the email address.
- Used for direct email communication.
National ID
- Displays the identification number.
- For verification and compliance purposes.
Action column
- Edit icon (pencil) – Modify individual details.
- Delete icon (trash) – Remove the individual from the system.
Editing an individual
- Locate the individual in the list by name or other identifiers.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) in the Action column.
- The individual form will open with all existing information populated.
- Make your desired changes to any field, such as:
- Update name (if spelling was incorrect or name changed).
- Change phone number (if the person got a new number).
- Modify email address (if the person changed email).
- Update National ID (if corrected or renewed).
- Click See the preview to review changes.
- Click Save to update the individual information.
Note
Be careful when editing names and identification numbers, as these may be linked to companies and historical transactions. Verify changes are accurate.
Deleting an individual
- Locate the individual in the list.
- Click the delete icon (trash) in the Action column.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
