Booking cards

Each booking appears as a card showing:

• Origin → Destination route.
• Issue date.
• Unique booking ID.
• Visual status indicators.
• Quick access to full details.

Drag-and-drop workflow

• Update booking status by dragging cards between columns.
• Changes are visible to your entire team in real time.

Quick booking creation

• Create new bookings directly from the Workspace with the New Manifest button.
• Link to existing rates, add customer details, and start tracking immediately.

Export board columns

1. Manifest / BL – Bill of Lading preparation and export manifest.
2. Documentation – Export documentation and customs clearance.
3. Invoice – Billing and payment for export services.
4. Telex Release – Authorisation to release cargo at destination.
5. Archive – Completed export bookings.

Import board columns

1. Manifest / BL – Arrival manifest and import bill of lading.
2. Invoice – Import charges and billing.
3. Documentation – Import customs clearance and documentation.
4. Delivery Order – Authorisation for cargo release and delivery.
5. Detention – Tracking container detention and demurrage charges.
6. Archive – Completed import bookings.

Team assignment

• Assign bookings to specific team members.
• Track who is responsible for each shipment.
• Filter the board by assignee to focus on your workload.

Real-time updates

• Changes made by any team member appear instantly for everyone viewing the board.

Document management

• Access bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and all shipment documents directly from booking cards.

Status indicators and empty states

• Color-coded indicators, badges, and visual cues highlight urgent bookings, pending actions, and completed stages.
• Empty columns show an icon and “The Column is empty” message for clear feedback.

Archive and history

• Move completed bookings to Archive to keep the active board clean.
• Preserve full historical records for reference, audits, and reporting.
