Common questions

How long does rate approval take?
Approval times vary based on your organisation’s workflow. Contact your administrator for specific timelines.

Can I copy an existing rate?
Currently, each rate must be created individually. Use similar rates as a reference when creating new ones.

What happens when a rate expires?
Rates past their Valid to date will no longer be available for new bookings, but existing bookings remain valid.

Can customers see rejected rates?
No, only published rates are visible to customers. Rejected rates remain in your management view only.

How do I modify pricing for an already published rate?
Edit the rate through the edit icon. Changes to published rates should be made carefully, as they may affect customer quotes in progress.
