Working with Customer Bookings
When a customer submits a booking through the marketplace, a card is automatically created in the Manifest / BL column with the information provided by the customer.
Completing manifests from customer bookings
Operators should:
- Click on the card to review the customer-provided information.
- Verify and complete any missing manifest details.
- Add container information if not provided.
- Confirm vessel and voyage details.
- Save the manifest and proceed with the workflow.
Customer bookings may already contain some of the information and cargo details from the booking request. Operators verify this information and add operational details such as vessel assignment, container numbers, and Bill of Lading information.
