How Bookings Arrive in the Manifest / BL Column

Bookings can enter the Manifest / BL column through two main paths.

Customer bookings

• When a customer or client submits a booking through the Portmasters marketplace or booking system, a card is automatically created in the Manifest / BL column.
• The card contains the initial booking information provided by the customer.
• Operators complete the manifest details as part of the operational workflow.

Operator-created manifests

• When an operator receives an order outside of the Portmasters system (via email, phone, or other channels), they can manually create a manifest by clicking the + New Manifest button.
• This allows operators to bring external bookings into the system for proper tracking and documentation.
